Complete systems for recovery, crushing, milling, storage, dosing and recycling of dry pasta scraps – serving pasta factories and with the following important characteristics:
- system for scrap recovery/crushing from ‘long pasta lines’ – completely automatically;
- system for scrap recovery/crushing from ‘short pasta lines’ – in the different processing phases (format changes, post-storage, pre-packaging, scraps from shaker sorting) completely automatically;
- manually and/or automatically loaded ‘long and short’ pasta scrap recovery/crushing (from bulk, bags, jumbo-bag, etc.);
- pre-milling, milling (roller and/or hammer) units and classification systems;
- in-line weighing for process controls, both crushing and milling;
- crushing &/or milling pasta storage in painted steel, stainless steel and/or reinforced polyester fabric silos;
- volumetric or weight automatic dosage;
- “full vacuum” type fluid or mixed phase pneumatic transport, pressure or suction-pressure, complete with cleaning processes, metal presence controls, in-line or batch weighing and compete filtering and dust recovery systems;
- automated processes with management from control panel with PLC and PC supervision system with possible MES interface.
‘Integrated’ scrap recovery/crushing system from short pasta storage line, in particular during the following phases:
-
- ‘formate change’ process, using auxiliary silo (exclusively set-up for storing pasta destined to scrapping) – in order to not use ‘short pasta silos deposit volumes’ that would therefore be considered unusable ad therefore to improve storage efficiency;
- ‘post-storage’ process, for those batches not destined to packaging and already present in the silos;
- recovery from bulk product’ process, managed manually;
- continual recovery of ‘recoverable’ scraps from the shaker sorting phase;
using a single crushing system, pneumatic channelling to the storage silos, completely automatically and in-line weighing.
